Mesh-sided cage pallets with a hinged drop front for parts, packaging, cartons and bulk goods. Three footprints, loads to 1,500 kg, forklift entry on all four sides. Nothing to bolt down and nothing to install.

| Size | Footprint | Safe load | Typical use |
|---|---|---|---|
| Small | 800 × 600 mm | 500 kg | Parts, fasteners, offcuts, small components |
| Medium | 1,200 × 800 mm | 1,000 kg | Standard AU pallet footprint — boxed goods, cartons, packaging |
| Large | 1,600 × 1,200 mm | 1,500 kg | Bulk goods, whitegoods, appliance cartons, oversize stock |
Mesh cages carry boxed televisions, whitegoods and appliance cartons stacked, strapped and forkable through the distribution chain — distribution centre to store, without crushed cartons or mountains of shrink wrap. On factory floors the same cages hold components between stations, so work in progress stays countable and off the ground.
One cage equals one known quantity. Stocktake by frame instead of by pallet.
Hinged front panel opens for hand picking without unstacking the frame above.
Empties fold flat, so a truck brings back four times the cages it delivered.
Every frame rated, tested and stamped before it leaves the line.

Tell us what you store, how it moves and how much floor you have. We size the cage around the process, not the other way round.
A steel mesh cage on a pallet-sized base with hinged sides. Loaded, it stacks three high and moves by forklift or pallet jack. Empty, the sides fold down so the cage collapses to roughly a quarter of its standing height.
No. Unlike fixed pallet racking, cages sit on your slab and locate into each other when stacked. No install, no anchoring, no engineer sign-off, and you can relocate the whole layout in an afternoon.
500 kg on the small footprint, 1,000 kg on the standard 1,200 × 800 mm, and 1,500 kg on the large. Every cage is load tested and stamped before dispatch.
Yes — that is what most of our customers use them for. Cartons stack inside the frame, strap down, and travel from distribution centre to store without crushed corners or pallets of shrink wrap.
Yes. Every frame is painted in a hard-wearing powder coat, with a heavier-duty coating option for yards, docks and exposed areas.
There is no fixed minimum on the standard range. Larger runs price better, and custom footprints are quoted for volume orders only.
